Volunteer Form

Step1 is a volunteer-run organization, our group does not yet have full time or part time staff. We are a small team of four artists who get by with the help of our community!

Our team is always seeking volunteers. Performers for R&D, designers for our productions, photographers, social media marketers, folks who can help with load-ins/outs, etc. Volunteers for R&D events are unpaid, volunteers for staged readings & workshop productions are offered stipends that vary according to the specific production budget.
