Snipped/Cut/Tied takes home 3 Planet Connections Awards!

Step1 Theatre Project's Snipped/Cut/Tied: Una Noche de Magia by Desi Moreno-Penson won three awards at the annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Awards Ceremony, held at The Acorn Theater on Monday night. 

Desi Moreno-Penson won Outstanding Playwriting in the Short Form/One-Act Category, while actors Mateo Moreno (The Car, Let Mezaluka Buy Your Car) and Ramiro Batista (Vicquez, Dead Wives Dance the Mambo) each won an award for Outstanding Actor in a Short Play. 

Step1 would like to formally congratulate all of the nominees and award recipients, and to thank Planet Connections for the awards, and for their years of service to the independent theatre community!
